Ayatollah Ghafouri stressed in his remarks that strengthening public culture requires precise planning. He pointed out that this planning should be conducted deeply and thoughtfully, saying: “We must utilize the capacity of experts and thinkers in this area.”
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Kermanshah province also referred to the role of media in promoting public culture and added: “Media must become more active in this regard and promote Islamic and national values.” He emphasized that the culture of society must align with contemporary needs, and this alignment can only be achieved through planning and the participation of all institutions and individuals.
