Recent reports indicate that Bushehr province has exported goods worth $2 billion and 364 million in the first five months of the current year. This unprecedented export figure reflects a significant leap in the province's trade, particularly in shrimp exports and goods to Russia.
Amazing Increase in Shrimp Exports
The Director General and Supervisor of Bushehr Customs stated that shrimp exports from this province have increased by 176% compared to the same period last year. This remarkable increase demonstrates the high capabilities in the production and export of this product, which is recognized as one of Bushehr's strategic goods.
Growing Trade with Russia
In addition to shrimp, exports of goods to Russia have also increased by 105%, marking a milestone in Iran-Russia trade relations. This increase in trade is a sign of the expanding economic and commercial relations between the two countries in the current circumstances. It seems that Bushehr plays a key role in this regard and could become a commercial hub for international exchanges.
Trade with Russia, especially in food and agricultural products, is on the rise, which could significantly improve the economic situation of the province and the country. While sanctions and economic challenges continue to obstruct Iran's international trade, Bushehr has managed to leverage its capacities to become a successful model in exports.
It appears that with the continuation of this trend and necessary support, Bushehr could become one of the important commercial hubs in the region and play a significant role in the export of various products.
