The head of Farhangian University recently addressed the importance of this process and emphasized that any mistake at this stage could leave its effects on the country's educational system for ٣٠ to ٣٥ years.

This official pointed out that human resources are the beating heart of the education and training system, adding: "If we cannot attract qualified and capable individuals at this stage, the effects will clearly manifest in the performance of the educational and training system. In other words, the quality of education directly depends on the selection of individuals."
He also referred to the existing challenges in the process of attracting human resources and said: "Unfortunately, in recent years, some talented young people have been deprived of suitable job opportunities due to insufficient attention to this process. This is while our youth have many talents that can play a significant role in improving the education and training system."
