He also referred to the existing challenges in the human resource attraction process and said: "Unfortunately, in recent years, some talented young people have been deprived of suitable job opportunities due to insufficient attention to this process. Meanwhile, our youth possess numerous talents that can play a significant role in improving the education and training system."
