The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, while announcing the finalization of the priorities of the judicial transformation document, unveiled a new operational program for the second half of 2026. This program is designed to enhance judicial performance and improve the quality of proceedings in judicial complexes.

In this regard, the Chief Justice of Tehran Province referred to the appointment of a supervising deputy whose duty will be to strengthen field management and oversee the proceedings. This action aims to enhance the quality of judicial services and respond more effectively to the needs of society. Despite these plans, there are challenges in the judiciary that require immediate attention and action.
