In a meeting held between the Egyptian President and his Iranian counterpart, critical issues and regional tensions were discussed. The Egyptian President highlighted the importance of stability in the region, referred to Iran's efforts to reduce tensions, and expressed hope that this country would take action to stop the conflicts as much as possible.

The Necessity of Preserving National Sovereignty

As one of the key countries in the Middle East, Egypt has always emphasized the preservation of national sovereignty and the resources of Arab countries. In this meeting, the Egyptian President urged Iran to create conditions, in cooperation with other countries, that would ensure the sovereignty of nations and the resources of the peoples in the region are maintained. He pointed out that any attack against Arab countries must be halted and that diplomacy and dialogue are the main solutions to the existing problems.

In this context, the Egyptian President believes that tensions only lead to exacerbating crises and harming the national security of the countries in the region, and therefore, it is essential to swiftly move towards peaceful solutions. He expressed hope that Iran could help reduce these tensions by leveraging its influence.

Regional Challenges and Bilateral Cooperation

The Egyptian President also referred to the existing challenges in relations between Arab countries and Iran and emphasized the necessity of bilateral cooperation to address these challenges. He stated: "Tensions must be seriously examined and resolved with a constructive approach, taking into account the interests of all parties." This meeting took place amid ongoing tensions in the region, highlighting the increasing need for effective solutions.
