In an important press conference, the Governor of South Khorasan emphasized the necessity of continuous and targeted supervision of the market and reminded that inspections should not be conducted in bulk and merely for the purpose of discovering violations. He stressed that market supervision should be carried out in a specialized manner with a preventive approach.

Specialized supervision, the key to solving market problems

The governor stated in this meeting: “Market supervision should be such that it prevents the occurrence of problems and violations. This goal can only be achieved through precise and expert inspections.” According to him, inspectors must evaluate the market situation with adequate knowledge and expertise and not just limit themselves to discovering violations.

He also pointed out that targeted inspections can significantly improve the quality of services and goods in the market and thereby attract customer satisfaction. This approach can lead to a reduction in public dissatisfaction and complaints.

The necessity of cooperation among various institutions

The Governor of South Khorasan called on all relevant institutions to cooperate in this regard and emphasized the importance of informing the public about their rights. He said: “People should know what actions they can take when faced with violations and how they can defend their rights.”

Given the current economic conditions and the challenges in the market, specialized and preventive supervision can be proposed as an effective solution for protecting consumer rights and improving the economic conditions of the province. The governor concluded by emphasizing his serious determination and that of his team to create positive changes in the market and expressed hope that these actions would soon become tangible.
