In a press conference held to examine the capacities of handball in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, the president of the Handball Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran discussed the potentials of this province. The president of the Handball Federation pointed to the existing capacities in the province and said: "Shahrekord, as one of the cities capable in the field of handball, can host important domestic and foreign competitions. He also referred to the necessity of attention to sports infrastructure and added: "To transform Shahrekord into a competitive center, we need investment in infrastructure and sports facilities.
