The Importance of the New Development Bank of BRICS for Iran
The New Development Bank of BRICS, established to support infrastructure and development projects in member countries, can play a significant role in financing major projects in Iran. Araqchi further added: "This bank is one of the effective tools for attracting foreign investments and facilitating trade among member countries, which Iran is also looking to benefit from these opportunities."
He also pointed out that membership in this bank will help Iran to finance its projects more independently under international sanctions. Araqchi stated that negotiations in this regard are ongoing and emphasized that Iran is making rapid progress on this path.
Existing Challenges and Obstacles
However, Araqchi mentioned the challenges that may exist along this path, stating: "Some obstacles have arisen due to sanctions and international pressures, but we are trying to remove these barriers with appropriate planning and active diplomacy." He also stressed the importance of international cooperation and strengthening relations with other countries.
In conclusion, this Iranian official expressed hope that with continuous efforts and domestic support, Iran will soon be recognized as an active member of the New Development Bank of BRICS, which will benefit the country's economic development.
