The head of the Statistics and Information Technology Center announced the pilot implementation of the intelligent case referral system in several provinces and the Supreme and Administrative Justice Courts. This system, which will soon be implemented nationwide, promises to bring about a significant transformation in Iran's judicial system.
A Transformation in Case Handling
The intelligent case referral system is designed to facilitate and expedite the handling of judicial cases. This system will be able to refer cases to judges and relevant authorities based on specific criteria. This action will not only reduce the time taken to handle cases but can also help improve the transparency and efficiency of the judicial system.
Nationwide Implementation and Its Benefits
Given that this system is currently being piloted in some provinces and courts, it is expected to be implemented nationwide by the end of October. This change will benefit not only the judicial authorities but also the citizens, as it will make access to justice faster and easier by reducing the time and costs of litigation.
Looking to the future, it seems that the intelligent case referral system could serve as a model for other countries in the field of judicial innovations. On the other hand, there are challenges in the implementation of this system that require careful attention and examination to prevent any shortcomings and deficiencies in the future.
