Supervision of private school tuition in Ilam Province will be intensified with the start of the new school year. Iraj Zeynivand, the Director General of Education in Ilam Province, discussed the importance of this issue in a meeting of the Council for the Supervision of Private Centers, reviewing tuition fees and the manner of extracurricular activities.
Determining Tuition Based on Standards
Zeynivand stated that the education department of the province and cities have no interference in determining tuition fees, and the selection and determination of tuition is based on the type of schools and criteria such as space, equipment, human resources, and administrative laws. He emphasized that the remuneration for human resources is also paid based on the same criteria.

Statistics on Students and Educational Centers
The Director General of Education in Ilam Province pointed out that more than 160,000 students will be studying in 182 educational spaces in schools, stating that Ilam Province has 1,905 educational and training units. Additionally, over 7,400 preschoolers will enter kindergarten centers, and the necessary conditions for the operation of these centers must be provided.
Zeynivand emphasized that kindergartens must meet specific conditions, and the kindergarten sign must be installed by the National Organization for the Education of Children and must include the organization's logo. Furthermore, kindergartens must receive the organization's tuition announcement poster and its permit from the National Organization for the Education of Children.
Kindergartens' Readiness to Accept Preschoolers
The Director General of Education in Ilam Province concluded by noting that 477 kindergartens are ready to accept preschoolers, indicating that the operation of these centers will coincide with the reopening of schools. Additionally, the school reopening drill was held on Sunday, September 22, just like in public schools.
