Ceasefire conditions and reciprocal actions
He stressed that any limited ceasefire must be reliable and long-term and should continue after the Russian elections scheduled for this month. Zelensky also emphasized the necessity of ending the war and stated that the first step towards achieving peace is reducing tensions and stopping attacks on critical infrastructure.

New agreements between Russia and Ukraine
Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, also stated earlier on Monday that Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement to stop attacks on energy infrastructure. Zelensky also pointed to the need for increased support from international partners and emphasized that necessary guarantees for stopping these attacks must be provided by the international community.
