Return to Normalcy

He added: "In the conditions of war and the insecurity that arose, all concerts were canceled, but after the situation returned to normal and the mourning period passed, planning for the resumption of concerts was carried out."

The Deputy for Artistic and Cinematic Affairs of the Alborz Cultural Heritage and Islamic Guidance Department continued: "It has been about a month since concerts in the province have resumed, and we are striving to hold these programs in accordance with the relevant conditions and regulations."

Creating Social Joy

Sarbaz stated: "One of the duties of the Cultural Heritage and Islamic Guidance organization is to create social joy and provide cultural and artistic opportunities for the people, and we are working to bring back a joyful atmosphere to society within the framework of planned activities."

Regarding the venues for concerts in Alborz province, he said: "Currently, we are utilizing the capacities of venues such as Ekomal and Velayat Complex in Fardis, as these halls meet appropriate standards and the public is familiar with these venues."

The Deputy for Artistic and Cinematic Affairs of the Alborz Cultural Heritage and Islamic Guidance Department added: "Of course, there is capacity for holding musical programs in other halls in the province as well, and if other venues request to hold concerts, we will welcome that."

Development of Musical Programs

Sarbaz referred to the policy of this department for the development of musical programs in the provincial center, saying: "Our effort is to bring traditional and ritual concerts more towards the city of Karaj and to create an environment for the public's reception of these types of programs."

He noted: "Concert activities in the province are not limited to one venue, and programs are also being held in the 9 Dey complex in Savojbolagh."

Sarbaz said: "Our policy is to utilize the various existing capacities in the province so that musical programs can be held in different parts of Alborz, allowing more people to benefit from cultural and artistic programs."
