Alireza Kamarei, advisor to the Minister of Education, announced the launch of the Integrated Smart School Management System on the second day of the joint meeting of the Council of Deputies and Directors General of Education in the provinces. This system is designed as a key tool for enhancing the quality of education in public schools.
Integrated Smart School Management
Kamarei stated: "The Integrated Smart School Management" is one of the most important policies of the Ministry of Education, introduced in line with the establishment of the model school as per the Fundamental Transformation Document and as a legal obligation in the Seventh Development Plan. This system assists school administrators in making strategic and operational plans based on the model school indicators using a comprehensive guide.

System Performance and Benefits
He further referred to the features of the system and said: This smart system acts as a "guide" and "specialized assistant" and performs a large portion of processing tasks and complex calculations. This allows school administrators to move away from exhausting executive and computational issues and focus all their efforts on guiding the main educational and training flow.
Kamarei also explained that in this modern model, the intelligent system and the school administrator act as complements to each other. About 64% of the processing and structural workload is handled by the system, while the remaining 36 to 37% includes signatures, approvals, confirmations, and priority shifts, which are the responsibility of the user and the school planning team. This design helps reduce the administrative burden on managers.
How to Access the System and Implementation Steps
The advisor to the Minister of Education described the process undertaken to finalize this model and said: "We have so far completed three main phases." In the first phase, the education system became familiar with the model of the model school planning, and in the years 1404 and 1405, with the holding of over 40 training sessions, the model reached a high level of maturity. This year, with the complete formation of the system, the executive groundwork has been laid.
Kamarei added: By entering the school code into this system, all the complexities of the system are simplified for the administrator, allowing them to proceed step-by-step through the planning process and have complete control over strategic decision-making.
The Importance of Supporting This Approach
He concluded by emphasizing to the directors general and provincial deputies that the implementation of the Integrated Smart Management model and strategic planning in the style of the model school is a definitive policy and a core decision-making axis of the ministry. Although fully educating on this model requires time and specialized courses, provincial officials must support this approach so that school administrators can confidently enter the implementation process.
