The "Water Peace" plan of the Red Crescent in Semnan province was implemented to address the intensifying water crisis and the shortage of drinking water in the villages of the Biyargomand region in the southern part of Shahroud County. This initiative was particularly carried out in the villages of Jafarabad, Taghmar, Vahl, Kalaghzili, Tajur, and Noveh, where 60 water tankers of 200 liters were distributed among households.

In response to the severe shortage of drinking water in these areas, the Red Crescent of Semnan province decided to implement this plan to meet the essential needs of the residents of these villages. Given the water crisis and the urgent need for drinking water supply, the distribution of these tankers is considered an immediate and effective measure.

Holding the 9th Service Vow Camp
Simultaneously with the implementation of the "Water Peace" plan, a two-day "Service Vow 9" camp was also held in this region. In this camp, livelihood packages worth five billion rials were distributed to help needy families. These packages included food and essential items for the residents of the villages and were designed to improve their living conditions.
The Red Crescent of Semnan province has expanded its support and relief programs with the aim of enhancing the living standards and meeting the basic needs of residents in these areas, especially in critical conditions. These actions reflect the continuous efforts of this organization to reduce the problems arising from water resource shortages and to increase social welfare in deprived areas.
As the water crisis has become one of the main issues in the country, these plans can be seen as examples of social cooperation aimed at assisting vulnerable groups. It is hoped that with the continuation of such actions, effective steps will be taken to meet the basic needs of the people.
