On Wednesday, September 25, 2026, Massoud Pezeshkian, referring to Iran's steadfastness against the pressures and comprehensive attacks of the enemy, regarded the presence of two hundred nights of people in the scene alongside the sacrifices of the armed forces as a manifestation of the resolve of a nation that does not leave Iran alone and defends national interests with all its might.
The Government's Great Responsibility in the Current Situation
Pezeshkian described the support of the Iranian nation for the national unity government as a great responsibility and a heavy commitment, stating: The government stands alongside the armed forces and supports their efforts to defend the integrity of the country, and with the same seriousness, it stands with all the people of Iran. Meeting essential needs, continuing public services, supporting production and employment, and addressing the livelihood and economic issues of the people are the main duties of the government, which are pursued with more diligence and seriousness in these circumstances.
The Necessity of National Solidarity and Unity
Pezeshkian stated that Iran is the home of all of us, and its preservation and dignity is a shared responsibility for all factions, groups, and pillars of the country. He emphasized: All those who stood in the battlefield against the enemy or represented the strength of the men in the field in diplomacy with wisdom and dialogue had one goal, which was to preserve a powerful Iran; differences in viewpoints are natural, but we must not allow disagreements to distract us from national interests and the future of Iran.
He said: The enemies of this land have targeted the cohesion and unity of the people, and our response must be to maintain connections, strengthen solidarity, and stand together.
Pezeshkian continued: "In the days when our dear Iran stands against the pressures and comprehensive attacks of the enemy, your resistance, support, and patience, dear people, are a valuable encouragement and backing for all the servants of the country. You have spent many nights in the glorious life of the Islamic Republic over five decades, which can be considered the nights of the revolution. Two hundred nights of your presence in the scene, alongside the steadfastness and sacrifices of the armed forces, are a manifestation of the resolve and will of a nation that does not leave Iran alone in difficult days and defends national interests with all its being."
He also urged the dear people of Iran to create a lasting scene of solidarity with their homeland and standing against the plots of the enemies and ill-wishers of the country and the system with their heroic and responsible presence.
Pezeshkian concluded: "Our dear Iran needs unity and solidarity more than ever today; we stand together for Iran and strive for the dignity of Iran."
