The Seminary and Islamic Knowledge Book Fair at the Ayatollah Shahroudi Seminary Complex in the city of Imam Reza (AS) is considered a suitable opportunity for the development of scientific and cultural diplomacy with research centers around the world. This fair, adorned with the scent of paper and ink, has become a symbol of the vitality of Islamic thoughts.

Developing Scientific Diplomacy with Foreign Publishers

Hojjatoleslam Javad Moein, the Director of Public Relations and International Affairs of the Khorasan Razavi Seminary, stated regarding this fair: "Our main goal is to transform this cultural event into a means for better scientific communication with domestic and foreign research centers." Prominent publishers from countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Lebanon are present at this fair, which indicates the significance and impact of this event on an international level.

Moein also referred to establishing international communications through this event and added: "Through scientific interactions, we have received invitations from book fairs in Najaf, Baghdad, and scientific centers in various countries such as Saudi Arabia and Germany." This event can serve as a bridge between Iranian thinkers and other nations.

Active Participation of the Women's Seminary and Research Consultations

Seyyedeh Azam Al-Tafati-Fard, the head of the Research and Scientific Collections Department of the Women's Seminary in Khorasan, also mentioned the activities of this fair and said: "We have made special plans to provide research consultations." Experienced female professors are present at the consultation booth to assist students in various scientific and research fields.

This fair, as one of the focused activities of the Khorasan Seminary, provides educational and research services with the participation of 50 seminaries from the three provinces of Khorasan Razavi, Northern, and Southern. Additionally, written works by students in the fields of children and adolescents, as well as works by female seminary publishers, are showcased at this fair.

The various booths of this fair present over 160 titles of books in 10 living languages, including Persian, Arabic, and English. These works cover topics such as Islamic dialogue, the Sacred Defense, and political figures, which are offered to interested individuals.

In conclusion, the Seminary and Islamic Knowledge Book Fair in Mashhad not only showcases written works but also serves as a scientific base, providing an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and experiences between Iranian and foreign thinkers, contributing to the development of scientific diplomacy.
