Images recorded by Iraqi users show a convoy consisting of heavy vehicles and tractor-trailers of the U.S. Army, carrying military equipment and armored personnel carriers, moving from western Iraq and Anbar province towards the Jordanian borders. Additionally, a number of trucks carrying heavy military equipment have also moved this morning from the Kurdistan region towards Anbar province and then towards Jordan.

Background and Agreements
Previously, "Reber Ahmed," the Minister of Interior of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, announced on September 10 the official start of the withdrawal of international coalition forces led by the U.S. from this region.
