Taeb, referring to the noble verse 'And those who strive for Us, We will surely guide them to Our ways,' added: If a nation stands firm and struggles with faith, God will open the path of guidance and victory for them, and the 'Martyrs' are an example of this divine promise. He continued: Today, the gathering of 313,000 'Martyrs' of the Mohammad Rasulullah (PBUH) Corps has begun, and the 'Martyr' campaign can be considered one of the largest popular movements in the history of world wars.

Taeb emphasized that the decisions and actions of the country's officials in response to such a widespread presence are the source of the enemy's fear and the groundwork for the nation's victory, stating: When the enemy sees that the Iranian nation has tens of millions of martyrs, this reality affects their mindset and calculations. He described the 'Martyrs' as a symbol of the national resistance brigades and the country's progress, adding: The martyrs are a symbol of the people's republic against enemy threats and a manifestation of national power.
Taeb stressed the role of the people in forming this campaign, stating: The awareness, zeal, and intelligence of the Iranian nation create phenomena like 'Martyr.' No organization came to create this campaign from above; it was the people who brought themselves to the field and declared their readiness to sacrifice their lives and property for this land.
Regarding the next steps of this plan, he said: Today, we are witnessing the presence of hundreds of thousands in this campaign in Greater Tehran, and subsequently, organization, joining defense brigades and units, completing preliminary training, and holding advanced training courses will follow.
Taeb, referring to the enemy's calculations about the Iranian nation's resistance capabilities, stated: The Iranian nation will utilize its defensive capacities against any threat. He concluded by addressing the participants in the drill: The people have filled both the battlefield and the streets, and if necessary, they will stand in the field for more nights.
