Davood Keshvari posed a critical question to the officials of the Ministry of Labor, saying: "How long will workers' tables get smaller and the costs of living get larger?" He added: "Today, a worker is struggling to meet the most basic needs of his family; talking about welfare, housing, healthcare, and even proper education for children has become an unattainable dream for many working-class families."
Economic Pressure and Decreased Motivation of Workers
Keshvari emphasized that relentless economic pressure has eroded the ability and motivation of workers, stating: "How can a worker with an empty stomach be motivated and productive?" He also warned that if officials do not hear the voices of workers' protests, they should know that economic pressure is not infinite, and the continuation of this situation will lead society to face increased poverty, social harms, dissatisfaction, and severe consequences.

The Necessity of Increasing Wages in Line with Living Costs
Keshvari addressed the officials of the Ministry of Labor, stating: "Responsible gentlemen! Workers do not want charity; they want their rights. Wages must be proportional to the reality of living costs, not that inflation multiplies every year while the purchasing power of workers declines day by day." This labor activist concluded by emphasizing that workers are no longer waiting for new promises, noting: "If you have promised a wage increase, today is the time for accountability, and workers expect immediate action. Silence in the face of empty tables of workers is no longer acceptable; listen to the voices of workers before the gap between officials' promises and the reality of people's lives widens even further."
