He congratulated students, educators, and educational staff of the county in advance for the start of the school year and added: The educational system faced challenges last year, including frequent closures and academic decline, and this issue makes the responsibilities of teachers and families heavier in the new school year.

Field assessment of school conditions
The governor of Paveh emphasized the necessity of a field assessment of school conditions and said: Schools in the city, villages, and nomadic areas must be thoroughly examined before the start of the school year to ensure that no school faces a shortage of human resources, equipment, or educational facilities.
Almasi pointed out the importance of paying attention to the nomadic community and stated: Educational, communication, and infrastructural problems of nomadic schools must be taken seriously, and students in these areas should not have to worry about securing educational facilities and studying alongside life’s challenges.
Traffic management and school security
He also emphasized the necessity of organizing the traffic situation around schools and added: The traffic police must identify accident-prone areas and traffic bottlenecks around schools from now on and plan for managing traffic during the reopening; the law enforcement forces must also prioritize school security.
The governor of Paveh deemed the presence of students in classrooms essential and said: We should not move towards school closures and remote education, as past experiences have shown that a reduction in in-person education reflects in academic decline and even in entrance exam results.
Educational equity and quality of education
Almasi identified educational equity as one of the most important demands in the field of education and training and added: The educational programs of the country and province must be localized according to the conditions of the county so that all students, regardless of their place of residence and the economic capabilities of their families, have equal educational opportunities.
He continued: The rising costs of remedial classes, language, Olympiad, and specialized training have led some families to have access to more educational opportunities, and this issue can affect educational equity; therefore, a specific program must be developed for Paveh county to enhance the quality of education and support talented students in accordance with local capacities and conditions.
Challenges of the virtual space
The governor of Paveh, referring to the impact of the expansion of the virtual space on the educational and training system, stated: The widespread use of mobile phones and the virtual space by students has complicated educational and training management, and schools and families must collaborate and plan more to provide the proper guidance for students in this space.
Almasi also praised the efforts of educators and retired teachers in the county and added: The efforts of teachers have left a mark on the success of students who are now working as doctors, engineers, specialists, and managers.
He concluded by thanking Dr. Bahrami for his philanthropic actions in supporting education and training, noting: Such charitable actions are a valuable asset for the educational future of the county.
